How do I check availability and book a room?
Check dates and book directly at /stay. Rates and room availability are shown there in real time, for the Garden queen, Kōwhai suite or Twin room.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is between 3pm and 7pm. If you're arriving outside those hours, call us on 03 548 0100 and we'll arrange a time that works.
What time is check-out?
We'll confirm your check-out time with you directly during your stay, so you can plan the rest of your day in Nelson.
What rooms do you have, and who are they suited to?
Three rooms in the restored villa: the Garden queen, the Kōwhai suite and the Twin room. See each room's layout and what it sleeps at /rooms.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Breakfast is cooked each morning using eggs from our hens and fruit from the orchard behind the house.
Is there parking, and how do we find you?
We're at 12 Kōwhai Lane, Nelson 7010, above the town. See /location for directions to the villa.
Can we bring children or a pet?
